They cover blinds, shutters, draperies, motorized awnings, and exterior shades, and they keep an in-house team of craftspeople and installers rather than subcontracting the fabrication. Upholstery is a real part of the business, which is increasingly hard to find — reupholstering a good frame usually beats replacing it, and there are fewer shops every year that will take the work.
